Shipping Information
Processing Times
Orders for in-stock items are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 2 PM ET or during holidays may be processed the next business day.
Shipping Methods
We currently ship via trusted carriers such as UPS and USPS. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Free Ground Shipping on Orders Over $50
We offer free ground shipping for orders over $50 shipped to addresses within the continental United States (excludes PO Boxes and oversized/heavy shipments over 50 lbs). This promotion is applied automatically at checkout.
Shipping Restrictions
Due to carrier regulations, some products can only be shipped via ground service and may not be eligible for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses. Norfie, Inc. is not liable for delays, losses, or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
Third-Party Shipping Services
If you choose to forward your Norfie order via a third-party shipping service, we cannot guarantee the condition of the product once it reaches the forwarding service. Our responsibility ends once the package is delivered to the shipping address entered at checkout.
Raw Dog Food Shipping (Midwest Legacy Beef)
Fresh Frozen Orders
Raw dog food orders are shipped directly from our supplier, Midwest Legacy Beef. These orders are dispatched on Mondays only via UPS or FedEx Ground to ensure temperature control during transit.
- Orders must be placed by Monday 10 AM CST to ship the same day.
- Orders placed after the cutoff will ship the following Monday.
Freeze-Dried Orders
Freeze-dried products ship within 2 business days, Monday through Friday. These items may arrive separately from frozen products.
Packaging & Transit
Frozen products are packed in insulated coolers with ice packs or dry ice to maintain freshness during transit. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your location.
Important Note
Please track your shipment and ensure someone is available to receive it upon delivery. Norfie is not responsible for packages that are left unattended or delayed due to incorrect shipping addresses.
Returns & Exchanges
Return Eligibility
Unused, unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Products must be in original packaging and in resalable condition.
Non-Returnable Items
- Raw or freeze-dried dog food
- Used grooming tools or shears
- Customized products
- Clearance or final-sale items
Restocking Fees
Returns that are not the result of our error may incur a 20% restocking fee. Grooming shears must be returned unused and in original packaging.
Return Process
Email support@norfie.com with your order number and reason for return. If approved, you will receive return instructions and a return authorization number. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the product was received damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Report any issues within 10 days of delivery. Include order number and photos of the product and packaging.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless due to Norfie error.
