Refund Policy

At Norfie, we want every order to arrive just right but due to the nature of our products, especially raw food, refunds are handled under strict guidelines for safety and fairness.

Raw & Freeze-Dried Dog Food

All sales are final for raw and freeze dried food. These items are non returnable and non refundable due to their perishable nature and food safety standards.

We cannot offer refunds or accept returns if:

  • Your dog does not like or eat the food
  • The package was left unattended or not received at the time of delivery
  • You change your mind after the order ships

Shipping Delays
If your raw food order was shipped on a Monday and does not arrive by end of day Friday, you may be eligible for a full refund. To qualify, you must contact us at support@norfie.com by Sunday of the same week. Late claims will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or something is missing/wrong, email us within 10 days of delivery. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item(s) and packaging

We’ll work with you to fix it as quickly as possible.

Refunds on Non-Perishable Items

For approved returns (such as grooming tools or accessories), refunds are processed once the item is received and inspected. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
