Find answers to the most common questions about Norfie orders, payments, shipping, returns, grooming products, and our Midwest Legacy raw dog food program.
Ordering & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All payments are securely processed through Shopify.
Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
If your order hasn't been processed or shipped, contact us at support@norfie.com as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate changes.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?
If you're a professional handler, groomer, or retailer, please reach out to support@norfie.com to inquire about wholesale opportunities.
Why wasn’t my discount applied at checkout?
Discounts and promotions at Norfie often require a coupon code entered manually during checkout. Check our homepage banner, newsletter, or social media for current codes and requirements.
Can I apply a discount to a previous order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to apply discounts retroactively. Promotions are only valid during the offer period.
Can I get a discount if an item I want is out of stock?
Discounts apply only to in-stock items. We cannot offer rain checks or backorders on sale items.
Can I use the same coupon code more than once?
Most of our discount codes are valid for one-time use per customer unless stated otherwise.
Shipping & Fulfillment
How long does shipping take?
Standard orders ship within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Delivery time depends on your location and chosen method.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free ground shipping on orders over $50 within the continental U.S. Oversized or heavy items may be excluded.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, Norfie ships only within the United States.
Can I use a third-party shipping or forwarding service?
You may use third-party shipping services, but Norfie is not responsible for any damage or loss after the package has been delivered to your selected forwarder.
Midwest Legacy Raw & Freeze-Dried Food
When does Midwest Legacy Beef ship?
Fresh raw food ships every Monday. Orders must be placed by 10 AM CST Monday to ship that day. Freeze-dried items ship within 2 business days.
How are raw food products packaged?
Products are packed in insulated coolers with ice packs or dry ice to maintain freshness in transit.
Can I return dog food or treats?
We do not accept returns on perishable goods such as raw or freeze-dried food due to health and safety reasons.
Grooming Tools & Shears
Can I return grooming shears?
Returns are accepted only if shears are unused and in original packaging. Non-defective returns may incur a 20% restocking fee.
Do Norfie shears come with a warranty?
Yes, Norfie Pro Series shears include a 6-month manufacturer’s warranty.
How do I clean my grooming tools?
- Wipe shears with a soft cloth after each use
- Store in a dry, padded case
- Use a mild cleanser and disinfectant spray for combs and brushes
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns of unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery. Exceptions include perishable items, used grooming tools, and customized products.
How do I start a return?
Email support@norfie.com with your order number and reason. If eligible, we’ll send you return instructions.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
What if my item arrived damaged or incorrect?
Please notify us within 10 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s).
